The Smallest Guest

J and I have gone back to our pre-baby rules about eating dinner. Freshly prepared meals are eaten in the dining room; leftovers are eaten in the kitchen; fun foods/take-out are eaten in the TV room. Since Her Majesty always needs to eat at the same time we do, our food was mostly cold by the time we got to it (again) tonight. Then, sitting on my lap drooling at my food is, of course, cause for all sorts of fidgeting. So, we decided to let the smallest guest sit at the head of the table for a few minutes. Here she is propped up by pillows and armrests, scooted up very closely to the table! She is holding on to the rail beneath the table and chewing on the towel on the edge of the table. (She was chewing on the actual table...)
Here you can see how tiny she is in comparison to the chair! All 12 pounds 6 oz. of her!
