AK cruised the length of the fireplace today! First time!
And I forgot to report that she properly drank out of her sippy cup the other day. By "properly" I mean she swallowed, holding the cup on her own. She, obviously, still plays with the cup, chews on the spout, throws it everywhere, and bathes in the water, but she swallowed which was different from her usual "lick the spout."
The internal valve didn't work for her; she couldn't ever figure out that she could suck from the cup like the bottle. Perhaps because I offered her water from a glass a long time ago. Who knows....Probably better to just skip that step....until she discovers cranberry juice. Ha ha!
